At European Standard Inc, our windows and doors are manufactured to order. Because they are custom products, returns and refunds are limited. We are committed to ensuring that every product meets our high standards and the specifications agreed upon in your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged:

Custom windows and doors

Special orders and made-to-measure products

Installed or partially installed items

3. Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

The product is defective in materials or workmanship, or

The product was damaged during shipping or delivery, and

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of damage.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

We may first attempt to repair or replace the item.

If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order without penalty.

After 48 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production has started. If allowed, a restocking or cancellation fee may apply.

6. Warranty Claims

Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the product line. Please review your warranty documents or contact us for details.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Inspect all products at the time of delivery.

Report any damage or issues immediately (within 48 hours).

Ensure proper installation by licensed professionals, as damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered.

8. Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper installation

Normal wear and tear

Products altered or modified after delivery
